Tiling Stone Bricks

It seems that everybody in the hand painted texture scene makes tiling stone bricks at some point so I'm giving it a whirl too. I'm going to work on my color variation here as I zoom in and render each brick evenly. I've been looking at various photo reference for different kinds of wear and noise as I think the stones I have now are too clean. By the end, I want these bricks to be quite weathered, but not so much that they become softened and rounded out.

My goal is to become better at adding fine details to a texture without overdoing it. I also want to improve on my values so I can better fake depth.
